Do you offer returns?

It depends! For items shipped directly from our shop (this includes prints and stickers), we only offer returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive your print or sticker and it’s not in perfect condition, contact us at studio@rileylubichart.com and we’ll come up with a solution.

For all other products, we’ve partnered with a third party manufacturer, Printful. We have to abide by their returns policy which you can find here. It’s important to note that because all products are made to order and printed on demand, size exchanges cannot be offered, but we’ve included a sizing chart with each product so it should be easy to find the right size for you!
